Market Re-engagement Program (MRP)

STEP’s Market Re-engagement Program (MRP) is a temporary market development support program that has been established to assist STEP members in their export market activities post COVID 19.

The Market Re-engagement Program allows approved STEP members a one-time application for 50% funding of eligible costs to participate in a trade show they have previously attended or in an established market.  The activity must have an overall objective of market development and re-establishing connections post COVID-19. 

STEP Members, who qualify under the STEP Market Re-engagement Program (MRP) program eligibility and funding criteria, are allowed to submit up to two (2) funding applications to a total maximum reimbursement of $4,000 per year. Premium Members are allowed to submit up to three (3) funding applications to a total maximum reimbursement of $6,000 per year.

This program is available to eligible STEP members for activities taking place from July 1, 2020 until March 31, 2022.

Please note that companies must have their applications in 30 days prior to the activity taking place.
