Webinar - Food Safety Requirements and Working with U.S. Importers Webinar

Saskatchewan Trade & Export Partnership (STEP), together with the Association of Food Industries (AFI) invite you to attend a virtual webinar for those who are interested in learning valuable information on issues affecting food import trade to the United States.

This webinar will offer an opportunity for Saskatchewan exporters from a variety of industries to learn from the Association of Food Industries, the primary trade association for the U.S. food import sector. AFI will present the challenges, including those posed by Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) requirements, faced by companies importing food to the United States and the many ways exporters can help make that process easier. The information in this webinar will help Canadian exporters become a more-attractive supplier to an importer by knowing the challenges and helping to prepare for them before the food products leave Canada.
