Webinar - Exporting Agriculture/Agri-Food Products to China: New Regulations & Measures Webinar

Saskatchewan Trade & Export Partnership (STEP), in partnership with the Saskatchewan China Office and Saskatchewan Ministry of Agriculture invite members to participate in a webinar outlining new regulations/measures for agricultural product exports to the Chinese market.

     - China Decree 249: Administrative Measures on Import and Export Food Safety

Keller & Heckman is an international law firm with a broad practice in the areas of regulatory law, public policy and litigation.

The decrees will be implemented by the General Administration of Customs of China on January 1,  2022 and have high importance to agriculture and agri-food producers, manufacturers, processors, and exporters including: edible grains, oilseeds, pulses, meat and meat products, bee products, edible oils and fats, milled grain industry products and malt, fresh and dehydrated vegetables, condiments, dried fruits, foods for special dietary purposes, and health foods. Food labelling will also be covered in this webinar.
