Congreso Internacional Minero brings together over 10,000 mining visitors. This international event is held every two years. The Mexican mining market grew by 7% this past year and the country is ranked 7th in terms of Canadian mining assets. Current opportunities in the Mexican mining industry include ventilation, dust collection, soil stabilization, gas detection, water treatment and filtration, erosion control, environmental services, community engagement services, productivity solutions and health & safety solutions. STEP members will have the opportunity to exhibit in the Canadian pavilion or walk the show. Following the show, STEP will organize an oil & gas mission to Mexico City to meet with producers and potential partners in the region.
