This year's event will take place May 9 – 11, 2023 in Toronto, Ontario.

This event is key to the Canadian agri-food industry as well as an entryway to the U.S. and international markets. SIAL Canada is now the only event of its scale in Canada with more than 1,200 national and international exhibitors from 50 countries. The event hosts over 25,000 professional visitors from Canada, the U.S., and 60 other countries.
