Trade Mission - Pulses and Special Crops to the EU, Amsterdam and London Rome and London

STEP will be assessing the status of this event moving forward on a week-by-week basis as it relates to COVID-19.

The European Union (EU) is Canada's second-largest trading partner, and continues to maintain approximately 20% of the world's gross domestic product (GDP); with a market of over 510 million consumers, and imports of over $115 billion ($694 billion if you include intra trade).
Lentil is Saskatchewan’s second largest exports to the UK. Given the increasing South Asian population in the UK, there is a potential for further growth in the market. Italy requires premium quality products. Both of these markets provide some great potentials for growth. This special crop trade mission will identify further potential in the market and will provide our members an opportunity to diversify the market.
