In partnership with the Trade Commissioner Service in Singapore and other provincial partners, STEP members are invited to attend an e-commerce trade mission in Singapore. 

The Trade Commissioner Service at the Canadian High Commission has currently secured the participation of 16 e-commerce related companies with additional confirmations to be added in the near future.  Planned events for the mission include:

• Participation of The Honorable Mary Ng, Minister of Small Business and Export Promotion of Canada (TBC)
• Doing Business in Singapore Webinar - Presentation of the local e-commerce ecosystem
• Online Business to Business Meetings for participating companies to meet with e-commerce marketplace and service providers  

The Trade Commissioner Service in Singapore is also in the process of developing Shop@Canada, an e-commerce platform dedicated to Canadian products with the full announcement scheduled during the mission.
