International Financial Institutions and Development Projects

International Financial Institutions (IFI’s) present an area of great opportunities for STEP members. The IFI’s finance billions of dollars worth of development projects every year. The International Finance Group works diligently with members to assist in project identification and implementation. In 2005, the International Finance Group were appointed as Private Sector Liaison Officers (PSLO’s) for both the World Bank Group and the Inter-American Development Bank; creating a one stop shop for information and advise on these institutions' activities relevant to Saskatchewan organizations.

Development Institutions we provide advice and guidance on include:

  • Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA)
  • World Bank Group & the Inter-American Development Bank
