Administrative Coordinator - Export ServicesSaskatchewan Trade & Export Partnership is seeking a highly organized, confident and innovative person to provide administrative support to the Export Services Division of STEP which is a high volume work unit. Using various software platforms, you will prepare a variety of materials including, marketing documents, correspondence, presentations and a variety of reports/manuals. You will assist in the administration and reporting of various funding programs as well as maintain an efficient filing system, and arrange and make preparations for appointments, travel and meetings. This role also handles the internal administration of the information technology systems and liaises with service providers on all corporate information technology matters. Excellent organizational skills; professional, courteous and clear communication skills ; great attention to detail; a mature, hard-working, self-directed work ethic; ability to multi-task and prioritize work-load; willingness to work as a team. KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
