Saskatchewan Trade and Export Partnership (STEP) is proud to offer Saskatchewan companies video conferencing services located in the heart of downtown Regina and Saskatoon. Our facilities offer companies a professional atmosphere equipped with state of the art equipment. Our boardrooms can handle a variety of group sizes ranging from a maximum of 8 persons in our Saskatoon boardroom to a group of 20 in our Regina boardroom.

STEP offers full professional grade Tandberg video conferencing facilities.  Our facilities feature: Tandberg 880 MXP Video Conference Systems, dual 42” LCD monitors (Regina only, single 42” LCD monitor in Saskatoon), multi-site capable and Presentation Software.   Additionally, our system necessitates sharing of presentations with other participants, it can conference with 4 other sites at once, on-site technical assistance is available, we offer preferred member pricing.

With reasonable prices, this technology is made available to Saskatchewan firms enabling many to save significant costs on business travel while maintaining professional representation.  There is also a discount for STEP Members.

Hours of Operation
Video conferencing services are available at the STEP offices on Monday-Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
