Wendy stated that, “After seventy-eight years of operation as a Morris family held business, Casey Davis has taken over the ownership and management of Morris Industries Ltd. and Morris Sales & Service Ltd.” Wendy further stated, “It has been a difficult decision for me to sell Morris Industries Ltd. There have been many opportunities for my family to sell the Morris business but we always wanted the business to remain Canadian and I am pleased that with this sale, I am able to accomplish this goal and now the time has come. Casey’s previous experience as CEO and President of Morris and his in depth knowledge of the Morris business ensures a seamless change in management and ownership and bodes well for the future of the Company.” Casey Davis stated, “I am very excited about the opportunity in front of me. My past experience with Morris puts me in a good position to move this company forward.
