Information Services Corporation (ISC) of Saskatchewan is the provincial Crown corporation responsible for the administration of land titles, geographic information systems (GIS), surveys, mapping, and interests in personal property. Formed as a corporation in January 2000, but with a history that pre-dates the province itself, ISC provides valued customer-focused services through all business channels, including the Internet, telephone, fax and in-person at one of eight regional ISC Customer Service Centres located throughout the province. With approximately 260 employees, ISC is governed by a Board of Directors and reports to the Minister responsible for ISC and to the Crown Investments Corporation (CIC) of Saskatchewan. ISC is ultimately accountable to the people of Saskatchewan and works with its partners, and stakeholders in the public and private sectors to help create an innovative and professional environment in which to conduct business.

Current Products and Services:
Land Registry - The Land Registry is a public registry of ownership of land and interests in land (such as mortgages or easements) managed through the LAND System (Land Titles Automated Network Delivery System). LAND is an online, made-in-Saskatchewan, land ownership record system that can graphically describe almost every piece of property in the province. Saskatchewan Personal Property Registry (SPPR) - The SPPR is a notice filing system that protects the interests of individuals and businesses. The SPPR?s search and registration services can help bring peace of mind when buying or lending money against personal property. Surveys & Mapping (Geomatics)- ISC Geomatics is the custodian of the Provincial Legal Survey System and the Provincial GIS (Geographic Information System) Base Map. The integrated base map provides the geospatial foundation for the Land Registry, giving every surveyed parcel of land a definitive shape and location. ISC also offers mapping products (digital & hardcopy) and services for professional and consumer use.
