The unique Randolph & James milling process gently flakes the flax seed at room temperature and immediately vacuum packs it in resealable light/air-proof pouches. The milling process maximizes the biovailability of Omega 3 and Omega 6 essential fatty acids, essential amino acids, fibre, soluble fibre, mucilage and lignin.
