Tim provides the leadership for O & T Farms. Since assuming the position of CEO in 1994, he has pulled together a strong team who share his vision and commitment to succeed. He believes that the right people help take the company from good to great.

Tim is active in both industry organizations and the community. He has been the Saskatchewan director for the Canadian Egg Marketing Agency (CEMA) and is past chair of the Saskatchewan Egg Board. In 2000, he was elected as a director for the Canadian Western Agribition. He has also served on a number of committees including the Chamber of Commerce’s Action Saskatchewan Plan, the Regina Regional Economic Development Association and as a director of Prairie Diagnostic Services.
