From this period on, Cameron has concentrated on the management of sustainable economic development and training initiatives in the Americas.

Cameron has developed considerable experience in the agricultural development, environmental management and education sectors in the Americas, and he maintains a strong network of international contacts cultivated over the past 9 years. He has participated in and presented at several international conferences on business development, agricultural development, environmental management and climate change, including the Globe Conference in Vancouver (2006), and at STEP’s Annual Conference (2001).

Cameron is actively involved in a number of public and private business development, international trade and environmental management associations. He is a member of the Saskatchewan Environmental Industry and Managers Association (SEIMA), where he has been a member of the Board of Directors for the past two years, currently serving as Treasurer to the Board; and has been a past member of the Finance Task Force for the Sustainable Cities Initiative of Industry Canada, the Task Force for Trade Team Canada Environment. Cameron and Canglobal have consistently worked with Saskatchewan and Canadian partners in the development and execution of projects, and as a result, he has gained a strong understanding of the requirements for other Saskatchewan companies to succeed in international development business, as well as, the strengths of Saskatchewan made solutions. This cooperative approach to partnering on international projects has been a key aspect to the longevity and success of Cameron and Canglobal in the international development business sector.
